The brief from the client is to demolish the front part to enlarge the space for public use. Since it is an intermediate lot, there is consideration to enhance interior natural lighting such as skylight , to be one of an important element to bring up the liveliness of the space.

“I am looking for a big car porch and a welcoming facade. For the interior space such as living and dining area has to be sufficient of natural lighting hence I would need to catch sunlight by using fixed window at roof. I wish to install an openable window at staircase area so my living hall at first floor can get more sunlight!"
