The brief from the client is to build a new bungalow on an empty land to accommodate the parents and children, as well as including owner and his spouse. Total of 3 storeys bungalow, ground floor is a public area to serve owner's friend, where first floor is a common area for family use, coming with the second floor is for owner, his spouse and his children.
“I am looking for a gable roof looking house as I thought of the sign when asking almost everyone to do "house" in hand sign. Looking for a big space in every area as the whole build up area can be more than 7000 sqft! Oh ya, and I need a barbeque deck and a water feature to build a garden for my family and friends!
